BHARRAT
JAGDEO: THE GREAT GUYANESE TRAITOR WHO REFUSED TO ACCEPT A GUYANESE
BACK TO GUYANA
I have written before and it need be said again
and again: the PPP is a killing machine.
It ought to be obvious that the PPP, the so-called
"Jagan Party" as opposed to the people's party, has
betrayed a Guyanese by refusing to ask for his extradition back
to Guyana. This left the Surinamese to do whatever they wanted
and so, they made a deal with the US for their benefit. We cannot
blame them for his although we fault them for denying Khan his
civil and human rights.
We have to ask why the PPP Government under the
inept President Jagdeo, has refused to honor their duty to seek
the extradition of Khan. Khan was a Guyanese, and whether we liked
him or not, was deserving of diplomatic support. Khan by right
should have been taken back to Guyanese soil. But Jagdeo had other
plans. And his plans are those of Mrs. Janet Jagan, interestingly,
an American who has spent a career wagging against supporting
the Imperials, America.
In any event, now that the US have spirited Khan
to the US, we can expect a trial from which Khan would have to
do extended time, some critical time to say the least in regards
to the 2006 general election situation.
The Guyanese people, who have been under the
weight of the criminals, which the corrupted PPP administration
could not handle, which the police became bombarded by, and which
the army under brigadiers Aterley and now Collins, have refused
to confront having compromised their duties along racial and partisan
(pro-PNC lines), surely wants to know why the PPP walked away
from Khan if indeed Khan helped them to stem the crime tide of
2002-2003.
In the court document presented by Khan's attorney
hours before (June 28, 2006; see Case no. 06-CR-00255, doc. 3,
Brooklyn, New York) he was drugged and kidnapped by US Agents,
or motion to dismiss the "indictment" against Khan,
one reads: "Mr. Khan responded to the crisis and the kidnapping
by providing financial and logistical support to the government."
East Indians in particular rightfully believe
that Khan played a significant hand in putting a brake on the
Buxton gang, which is being assisted by the military intelligence
unit at Camp Ayenganna, army headquarters, along with key PNC
members, and without whose input, the Guyana Government would
have already fallen.
This should be a lesson to all the supporters
of the PPP; let it be lesson to hundreds of thousands of Indians
who supported the PPP despite the iron-clad control of Mrs. Janet
Jagan who is more than 80 years old, but wants to dictate the
future of thousands of young Guyanese.
Let it be a lesson to those in New York and Toronto
(especially the Association of Concerned Guyanese) and London
that flock around the PPP elite, offering thousands of dollars
for which there is no account, as well as trying to stifle the
Guyanese communities in their neighborhood to favor the PPP (certain
newspapers are pro-PPP simply because the PPP treats them like
royalty in Guyana, using State resources); let this be a lesson
to the many real estate tycoons and lawyers and entrepreneurs
especially in Richmond Hill, New York, who fatten the PPP each
time these individuals come to town.
It is all these things a more that contribute
to the virus inside Freedom House that is eating away at Guyana.
It is these pampering attitude amongst a group of dim-witted East
Indians especially, many of whom have very little real interest
in Guyana, for President Jagdeo and his colleagues, that contribute
to the sterility among PPP leaders, and death and decay amongst
the people.
As long as the PPP remains in office, there is
only one gift for the PPP supporters: blood. The PPP, as I said,
is a great killing machine and it is always hungry.
It is time for East Indians to find a new political
representation for sure: from Balram Singh Rai to Roger Khan,
the story has been one and the same—the supporters are used
for the personal benefits of PPP figures. It has always been a
betrayal.
A few weeks again, the Guyanese president allegedly
came to Washington on a quiet trip and met with US officials and
it is quite possible that he made a trade: Khan for support against
the Buxton gangs, and victory at the elections.
This arguably enabled him to promise reform of
the army (to placate the Indians), even though the party did not
even win the elections. It may even explain why the army is not
going in search of the killers of Sawh (another noble PPP sacrifice).
The great betrayal begins with Bharrat Jagdeo
and Janet Jagan; and it would end with the incarceration of Khan
and the slaying of more Guyanese, while the PPP hierarchy continue
to transport the gold and diamond from the Essequibo coast, getting
millions in "kick-back" from contractors and others
to whom they "award" contracts, and worse amongst it
all, preside over the demise of a nation of people trapped in
a cycle of violence and ineptitude.
It is time to work to remove
the PPP from office, and to educate its die-hard supporters
in the US and Canada about the great killing machine they have
helped to keep alive. How many more lives will East Indians give
to the corrupted and unscrupulous Jagdeo and others?
How many more?
